Job summary

Pullman Hotels & Resorts in Downtown Dubai is seeking a Restaurant Operations Supervisor to oversee daily service, uphold premium standards, and ensure guest satisfaction in a luxury dining environment. Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage, or related field preferred.
• 2–3 years experience in F&B operations, luxury hotel or fine dining preferred.
• Previous supervisory experience in upscale dining an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of fine dining service standards and wine service.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service.
• Prepare restaurant for service including setting tables and ambience.
• Coordinate with kitchen, sommelier, reservations and other departments.
• Conduct pre-service briefings on reservations, VIPs, and menu updates.
• Oversee opening/closing duties and staffing during service.
• Coach and motivate service team; provide feedback and training.
