Job summary

Accor’s Pullman Dubai is seeking an experienced restaurant supervisor to oversee daily operations and ensure exceptional service in a luxury setting. You will coordinate with kitchen, sommelier, reservations and other departments to deliver seamless service and uphold high standards.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in luxury food and beverage operations, strong knowledge of fine dining service, and excellent English communication skills; French language skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Food and Beverage Service, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in food and beverage operations, preferably in a luxury hotel or fine dining restaurant.
• Previous supervisory experience in French cuisine or upscale dining is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of fine dining service standards, food presentation, and wine service.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English; French language skills are an advantage.
• Knowledge of POS systems, restaurant reservations, and billing procedures.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the daily operations of the restaurant to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Ensure the restaurant is prepared for service including table settings, mise en place, lighting, music and overall ambience.
• Monitor service standards and ensure compliance with the restaurant's operating procedures.
• Coordinate with the kitchen, sommelier, reservations team and other departments to ensure seamless service.
• Conduct pre-service briefings to communicate reservations, VIP guests, menu updates, promotions and special requests.
