Job summary

Accor Group in Dubai is seeking a Food and Beverage Supervisor to lead service excellence across a luxury outlet. You will supervise colleagues, ensure menu knowledge, manage cash handling, and maintain HACCP standards during busy shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience in food and beverage service with supervisory exposure.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant service procedures and guest engagement.
• Fluent English; additional languages are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Maintain luxury quality standards across the outlet.
• Review daily updates, VIP arrivals, and notes before each shift.
• Report for duty on time and communicate with management about delays.
• Maintain knowledge of menus, ingredients, and beverage options.
• Explain food and beverage selections clearly to guests.
• Operate the POS to enter orders, process sales, and cash-out.
• Follow cash, credit card, billing, and accounting controls.
• Keep stations stocked and the restaurant clean during service.
• Train new and existing colleagues in service procedures and safety.
