Job summary

Mandarin Oriental Emirates Palace, Abu Dhabi, seeks a Restaurants, Bars & Experiences Supervisor within the Restaurants, Bars & Experiences Department. The role ensures guests are served to high standards and reports to the Assistant Restaurant Manager.

You will train colleagues and coordinate shifts to maintain seamless service and quality across outlets. The position requires hospitality management certification, luxury hotel experience, and exceptional communication skills.

Qualifications

• Must have a Diploma or Certification in Hospitality Management.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Passionate about guest service with an engaging personality.
• Physically agile and able to stand for extended periods.
• Well-groomed, professional appearance.
• Italian language will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Carry out duties requested by management related to hotel operations.
• Explain outlet concepts and F&B offerings to guests and train colleagues.
• Oversee and manage shifts to ensure smooth operation and service sequence.
• Coordinate with other outlets and the hotel for maximum efficiency.
• Provide direction and support to outlet colleagues during operating hours.
• Train colleagues in standards and policies under the Outlet Manager.
• Ensure front and back of house areas are clean and tidy.
• Identify areas for service and F&B quality improvements from guest feedback.
• Encourage proactive communication to promote teamwork and enthusiasm.
• Maintain Mandarin Oriental Emirates Palace grooming standards.
