Accor’s Couqley brasserie in Downtown Dubai is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily operations, ensuring premium service and operational excellence. Reporting to the Assistant Restaurant General Manager, you will coordinate with kitchen, sommelier, reservations, and other departments to maintain high standards in a luxury dining setting.

The role emphasizes staff supervision, training, and performance coaching to deliver a memorable guest experience.

Competenze

• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Food and Beverage Service, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in food and beverage operations, preferably in a luxury hotel or fine dining restaurant.
• Previous supervisory experience in French cuisine or upscale dining is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of fine dining service standards, food presentation, and wine service.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English; French language skills are an advantage.
• Knowledge of POS systems, restaurant reservations, and billing procedures.

Mansioni

• Supervise the daily operations of the restaurant to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Ensure the restaurant is prepared for service, including table settings, mise en place, lighting, music, and overall ambience.
• Monitor service standards and ensure compliance with the restaurant’s operating procedures.
• Coordinate with the kitchen, sommelier, reservations team, and other departments to ensure seamless service.
• Conduct pre-service briefings to communicate reservations, VIP guests, menu updates, promotions, and special requests.
• Ensure all opening, closing, and side duties are completed according to established standards
• Supervise, coach, and motivate the service team to achieve operational and guest satisfaction objectives.
• Allocate sections and duties fairly and ensure adequate staffing during service.
• Train team members on menu knowledge, service techniques, grooming, etiquette, and product knowledge.
• Assist in monitoring team member's performance and provide constructive feedback to improve service standards.
• Assist in staff scheduling, attendance monitoring, and performance evaluations as required.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, sanitation, and occupational health and safety standards.
• Ensure correct handling, storage, and service of food and beverages.
• Report maintenance issues, equipment defects, and safety hazards promptly.
• Assist with inventory checks, stock requisitions, and beverage control as required.
