Job summary

Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank (ADIB) in Dubai is seeking a customer service professional for its branch network. You will provide prompt service to walk-in customers, respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and identify needs to offer relevant banking products.

You will handle debit cards, cheques, transfers, and other account services while adhering to UAE banking regulations and cross-selling opportunities to support business goals.
