Job summary

ADIB is seeking a dedicated professional in Dubai to manage branch cash and vault operations, review transactions and reports, and ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policies. The role also focuses on coaching the sales team, driving customer retention, and maintaining service standards.

You will monitor queue times and SLAs, coordinate staff training, and contribute to a smooth, customer-focused branch operation in a fast-paced retail banking environment.
