Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of ADIB retail and institutional banking products.
• Knowledge of UAE banking practices, regulations and risks.
• Knowledge of Central Bank of UAE regulations.
• Fair knowledge of service standards.
• Knowledge of cross sales.
• Computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt and efficient service to all walk-in customers.
• Respond to customer inquiries, concerns and resolve issues.
• Proactively identify customer needs and offer relevant products and services.
• Handle debit card, cheque, standing order, funds transfer and certificate services.
• Perform other responsibilities assigned by branch management.
