ADIB in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Bancatakaful customer service professional to handle inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure compliance with bank and regulator guidelines.

The role involves cross-selling takaful products, reporting performance to the product head, managing provider sales teams, and maintaining accurate documentation and consumer protection standards.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years related banking experience.
• Experience in insurance product and product development.
• Sales and marketing knowledge.
• Strong interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Training and presentation skills.
• Computer skills.

Responsabilidades

• Handle Bancatakaful customer service, complaint resolution and inquiries per bank and regulator guidelines.
• Provide regular activity and results reports to product head and banca.
• Contact referred customers via online channels and call center to cross-sell takaful products.
• Manage and control provider authorized sales team activities and adherence to ADIB requirements.
• Analyse reports on business persistency, complaints and cancellations.
• Ensure complaints and enquiries are closed within agreed turnaround times.
• Ensure consumer protection standards and accurate documentation for all transactions.
• Complete mandatory ADIB and regulatory training.
