Job summary

ADIB is seeking a professional for home finance customer relations in Dubai. You will handle inquiries on deposits, openings and closings, resolve complaints, and coordinate with multiple departments to meet service turnaround times while ensuring KYC and UAE regulatory compliance.

You will also cross-sell ADIB home finance products and coach colleagues on service skills. The role requires 0-2 years in customer relations or similar banking roles, with strong knowledge of ADIB retail banking
