Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–2 years of UAE recruitment experience, preferably in Construction/Real Estate/technical services.

Responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment cycle from requisition to onboarding.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, agencies, and direct sourcing.
• Screen CVs, interview candidates, shortlist and coordinate interviews.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely closure of vacancies.
• Prepare offer letters and support salary negotiations.
• Coordinate pre-joining documentation and onboarding processes.
• Maintain recruitment records and ATS; report hiring progress and KPIs.
• Collaborate with HR, operations, and project teams to meet manpower needs.
• Support employer branding to attract quality candidates.
