Job summary

Namaa in Dubai is seeking an experienced Recruiter to own end-to-end recruitment across corporate and commercial roles, partnering closely with hiring managers to deliver strong candidates efficiently. You will build and maintain strong candidate pipelines through direct sourcing, networking, referrals, and other recruitment channels, while managing a high volume of vacancies (15+ active roles at once).

Fluency in both Arabic and English, plus strong communication and stakeholder management

Qualifications

• 2+ years end-to-end recruitment experience across corporate roles.
• Experience managing high-volume vacancies (15+ at once).
• Fluent in Arabic and English; strong communication and organisational skills.
• Experience recruiting within the construction industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment across junior to mid-level roles.
• Manage a high volume of vacancies with prioritisation across multiple processes.
• Build candidate pipelines via direct sourcing, referrals, and networks.
• Partner with hiring managers to calibrate profiles and provide market insights.
• Screen, assess, and manage interviews; ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Lead offer discussions and close candidates within compensation frameworks.
• Recruit across corporate and sales/construction functions.
• Maintain recruitment data, reporting, and pipeline updates.
• Ensure documentation is completed before onboarding.
• Support the wider recruitment team with sourcing and hiring projects.
