Job summary

Client of Staffona HR Solutions is seeking a Talent Acquisition professional in Abu Dhabi to manage full-cycle recruitment across various sectors. You will source, screen, interview, and extend offers, building a robust candidate pipeline and collaborating with hiring managers to understand requirements.

Fluent English is essential, Arabic a plus, with experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS. The role focuses on UAE market recruitment with potential visa coordination support.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in recruitment or talent acquisition (agency or in-house) in the UAE market.
• Strong sourcing and interviewing skills.
• Excellent communication in English; Arabic a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment sourcing, screening, interviewing and offer management.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline across multiple roles and industries.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and expectations.
• Use job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter and referrals to source talent.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS.
• Support employer branding efforts.
