You will partner with hiring managers to define roles, post ads, source candidates through diverse channels, screen resumes, and coordinate interviews.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in talent acquisition, 2+ years in the UAE, and proven experience recruiting blue-collar workers for construction and engineering projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field.
• 3+ years in talent acquisition.
• 2+ years UAE TA experience.
• Experience recruiting blue-collar for construction/engineering projects.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to define staffing needs and profiles.
• Create and post job ads on boards and career pages.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and events.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and coordinate interviews.
• Coordinate interview process and gather feedback.
• Maintain ATS records and recruitment metrics.
• Ensure positive candidate experience.
• Assist employer branding and represent at job fairs.
• Prepare offer letters and support onboarding with HR operations.
