Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business or related field is required.
• Minimum 5 years in recruitment or talent acquisition, with multi-vacancy experience.
• Experience with engineering/technical industries and mass hiring is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions and sites.
• Source, screen, interview and hire top talent to meet timelines.
• Partner with hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies.
• Manage mass recruitment and regional/global hiring campaigns.
• Maintain ATS records and provide regular recruitment metrics.
• Negotiate offers and ensure a positive candidate experience.
