Job summary

Tanqeeb is seeking an experienced recruitment professional in the UAE to manage end-to-end hiring processes from sourcing to selection. You will source candidates via NaukriGulf, LinkedIn, and other portals, screen CVs, and coordinate interviews across levels.

The role requires 5–8 years of UAE-relevant experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple openings simultaneously. Immediate joiner preferred; temporary 3-month contract.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–8 years of recruitment experience, preferably within UAE.
• Strong hands-on experience in sourcing and candidate screening.
• Experience recruiting for multiple positions simultaneously.
• Good knowledge of the UAE recruitment market.
• Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment portals.
• Must be available to join immediately.
• Candidates with husband/family-sponsored UAE residence visa preferred due to temporary nature of assignment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to selection.
• Source candidates through NaukriGulf, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate interviews.
• Coordinate technical and management interviews.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular hiring updates.
• Coordinate offers, documentation, and pre-employment requirements.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current vacancies.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities.
