Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management or Engineering is required.
• At least 10+ years of B2B sales experience with a track record of exceeding targets.
• Established network with senior decision-makers in UAE enterprises and government entities.
• Fluent in English and Arabic with strong negotiation and presentation skills.

Aufgaben

• Own the UAE revenue targets and sales plan, driving execution.
• Grow client portfolio via account planning, renewals, upselling and cross-selling.
• Identify and win new enterprise and public-sector accounts across priority sectors.
• Qualify opportunities and engage C-level stakeholders on business challenges.
• Lead complex consultative sales cycles from first contact to contract signature.
• Represent the company at conferences, exhibitions, forums and events in UAE.
• Maintain a qualified pipeline with accurate forecasting and CRM records.
• Provide market intelligence, competitor insights and client feedback.
