Job summary

Qdex Consulting is seeking an experienced head of UAE sales to lead the business development team, own the UAE sales strategy, and manage a personal quota while mentoring others.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years selling enterprise software or IT services in the UAE, a proven track record closing large deals (AED 100K–1M), and strong relationships across facilities management, manpower, government, or healthcare.

Qualifications

• 10+ years selling enterprise software, IT services or technology consulting in the UAE
• 2+ years leading or mentoring a sales team
• Proven record of personally sourcing and closing AED 100K1M deals
• Experience selling into Facilities Management, Manpower, Government or Healthcare
• Established UAE network and strong enterprise relationships
• Understanding of AI, ERP and workforce platforms
• Strong hunter mentality and startup pace

Responsibilities

• This is a hands-on sales leadership role
• Youll lead our UAE BD team while carrying your own quota
• Youll own UAE sales strategy and pipeline
• Team targets coaching and pipeline cadence
• Outbound partnerships events and tenders
• Enterprise negotiations and procurement
• Strategic accounts and high-value opportunities
• Personally closing major deals
