Keyston Distribution LLC in the UAE seeks an experienced enterprise software sales leader to drive revenue across the GCC. You will manage named accounts, build pipelines, conduct first meetings, present proposals, negotiate, and close deals.

You will coach junior sellers, collaborate with system integrators and channel partners, and navigate government procurement in UAE or Saudi Arabia, with willingness to travel across the GCC.

Qualifications

• Arabic language fluency and English fluency are essential for government and regional accounts.
• 8+ years of enterprise software or technology sales in the GCC with multi-year quota bearing deals.
• Experience mentoring or coaching other salespeople, formally or informally.
• Proven track record with named accounts, large deal sizes and quota attainment.
• Experience selling with system integrators and channel partners, not just direct.

Responsabilités

• Your own pipeline: named accounts, first meetings, proposals, negotiation and close.
• Two salespeople: weekly pipeline review, deal coaching, accountability for numbers.
• Vendor relationships: go-to-market plans, deal registration, certification, pricing and approvals.
• Pricing and proposals: margin discipline over volume.
• Cross-sell of the portfolio into existing enterprise accounts.
