Job summary

ISS – Intelligent Security Systems in Dubai seeks an experienced Regional Sales Manager to drive growth across the UAE, building and expanding a high-potential customer base and strengthening relationships with channel partners and resellers in the region.

You will lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, tailor security solution pitches to executive audiences, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customer value while achieving revenue targets and expanding market

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of B2B sales, account management, or business development experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business and expand existing customer portfolio across the UAE territory.
• Meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue objectives through strategic sales planning and execution.
• Develop strong relationships with channel partners, resellers, and key customers to accelerate market growth.
• Lead the sales process from prospecting and qualification through proposal, negotiation, and closing.
