Job summary

IDM Technologies in Dubai seeks an experienced Senior Account Manager to drive enterprise cybersecurity sales across the UAE. You will own the full sales cycle, engage senior stakeholders, and expand strategic accounts with Identity Security and Cyber Defense solutions.

Ideal candidates have a strong UAE track record, robust pipeline, and proven ability to originate and close enterprise deals while managing complex procurement processes.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years enterprise IT or cybersecurity sales experience with UAE track record.
• Proven ability to originate and close enterprise deals.
• Established UAE customer and partner relationships.
• Understanding of IAM, IGA, PAM, SSO/MFA, SOC/MDR, and GRC.
• Strong account planning, consultative selling and negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Develop account strategies and acquire new enterprise and government customers.
• Own leads and drive from qualification to closure.
• Build a qualified pipeline through outreach and partnerships.
• Engage with CISOs, CIOs, IT leaders, procurement teams and other decision-makers.
• Lead complex sales cycles across Identity Security and Cyber Defense solutions.
• Coordinate with presales, architecture, delivery teams, and technology partners.
• Drive RFPs, presentations, negotiations, and contract closure.
• Expand accounts with additional solutions, services, renewals.
• Maintain CRM records and forecasts while achieving revenue and gross-profit targets.
