Job summary

Ajax Systems is a leading international tech company and the largest security systems manufacturer in Europe. We are seeking a results-driven sales leader to drive growth in the UAE market from Dubai, building partnerships and expanding our footprint across verticals.

You will own the regional sales strategy, manage key accounts, identify opportunities, negotiate contracts, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable solutions leveraging IoT and cloud-based

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in fire and life safety or similar industry.
• Sales experience in the UAE, based in Dubai.
• Strong technical knowledge of fire systems.
• Proven track record across the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Ability to develop and implement regional sales strategies.
• Excellent communication and executive relationship skills.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret market trends.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of IoT and cloud-based security technologies.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.

Responsibilities

• Achievement of Sales Targets: meet or exceed targets and KPIs on a quarterly and annual basis.
• Develop and implement a strategic UAE business plan aligned with company objectives and market trends.
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard new partners across the region, ensuring coverage in key markets and verticals.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities that align with the company's growth strategy.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Conduct market research to identify new trends, opportunities, and potential risks.
• Analyze market data to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of products and services.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients and partners.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and partners.
• Manage and prioritize multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously.
