Job summary

Client of AW Connect in Abu Dhabi seeks a commercially minded sales professional to lead the sales process from initial enquiry to contract, build strong client relationships, and develop a healthy pipeline in the UAE market.

You will develop and execute a sales strategy to hit revenue targets, convert inbound enquiries, generate new business through referrals and partnerships, and ensure accurate proposals with clear handover to delivery teams while maintaining up-to-date CRM records.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of sales experience within UAE interiors, renovation or real estate.
• Proven track record of meeting revenue targets and closing sales.
• Strong negotiation, communication and relationship-building skills.
• A disciplined approach to CRM management and sales forecasting.
• The ability to balance revenue growth with profitability and client expectations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver a sales strategy to achieve revenue targets
• Convert inbound enquiries into signed contracts through effective consultation and follow-up
• Generate new business through referrals, partnerships and other sales channels
• Work with internal teams to prepare accurate proposals that reflect client requirements and protect project margins
• Ensure a clear handover of confirmed projects to the delivery team
• Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline updates and weekly sales forecasts
• Provide feedback on lead quality to support marketing effectiveness
