Job summary

ELE Interior Design seeks a seasoned Business Development Manager to lead sales operations and revenue growth in the UAE interior design market, driving high‑value projects across residential, commercial, hospitality, retail, F&B and luxury villas.

You will own the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract finalization, build strategic client relationships, and negotiate terms to secure repeat business, with Arabic fluency as a core requirement.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of proven business development and senior sales experience within UAE interior design and fit-out industry.
• Arabic language proficiency required.
• Established network with UAE-based developers, architects, consultants, contractors, hotel operators, corporate clients, and property owners.

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive all sales and business development activities to generate revenue and secure new interior design projects across sectors.
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline; convert qualified leads into signed contracts and long-term relationships.
• Oversee full sales cycle: lead generation, client meetings, negotiations, and project submissions.
• Negotiate project fees, payment terms, scope of work, and contracts.
• Manage CRM usage, reporting, and pipeline forecasting; participate in weekly sales meetings.
