Job summary

S&K HR Consulting seeks an experienced Sales Manager for its client in the interior solutions and design industry. The role focuses on leading the sales function, driving growth across the UAE and GCC, and building a robust client base with contractors, developers, architects and designers.

You will oversee strategy, coaching, cross-selling opportunities and full sales cycles, ensuring profitability and strong CRM reporting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales experience in interiors or related interior solutions.
• Proven experience managing and developing a sales team.
• Strong B2B business development and client relationship management.
• Established network across developers, contractors, fit-out companies, architects, designers and corporate end users.
• Strong understanding of UAE/GCC interior and construction ecosystem.
• Commercially driven with understanding of targets, margins, forecasting and profitability.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and CRM capabilities.
• Proactive, entrepreneurial and target-driven approach.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
• Lead, coach and develop the sales team with clear KPIs.
• Drive new business development across UAE/GCC.
• Build relationships with developers, contractors, fit-out companies, architects and designers.
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling and new revenue streams.
• Manage full sales cycle from lead generation to closing and handover.
• Maintain a strong sales pipeline with CRM usage and reporting.
• Analyse sales performance, margins and market trends to improve commercial results.
• Develop accurate sales forecasts and revenue projections.
• Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns and lead generation.
• Coordinate with Operations and Finance for project delivery, invoicing and collections.
