Job summary

ELE Interior Design is seeking a Business Development Manager to lead sales operations and revenue growth in the UAE interior design market. You will drive lead generation, client acquisition, and high-value project wins across residential, commercial, hospitality, and luxury sectors.

You will negotiate contracts, manage relationships with developers and operators, and shape strategic sales plans to expand market presence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of business development and senior sales experience in UAE interior design and fit-out sector.
• Strong network with UAE developers, architects, consultants, contractors, and hotel operators.
• Proven track record in securing high-value interior design projects and revenue growth.
• Willingness to travel across UAE, GCC region, and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Lead all sales and business development activities to generate revenue and secure projects.
• Oversee full sales process from lead generation to project award.
• Manage CRM, reporting, and pipeline forecasting.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans and market expansion.
• Represent the company at events and industry functions.
• Lead commercial negotiations and contract finalization.
