Job summary

Alert International in Abu Dhabi seeks a commercially driven Business Development and Project Sales professional. You will use your UAE network to identify and secure profitable opportunities within luxury interiors, architectural products, renovation and fit-out sectors.

You will manage the full sales cycle, build strong client relationships with architects, designers and developers, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs and support growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is advantageous.
• Proven UAE experience in luxury interiors, architectural products, renovation or fit-out.
• Good understanding of BOQs, specifications, tendering, procurement and contracts.
• Experience collaborating with design, technical, estimation and project teams.
• Existing industry connections are highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive business development and lead generation within luxury interiors and related sectors.
• Identify opportunities, present solutions, and manage commercial discussions with clients.
• Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to project award and payment follow-up.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and provide forecasts and progress updates.
• Coordinate with internal teams to align proposals with client requirements and budgets.
