Job summary

True interiors, an interior design fit-out company in Abu Dhabi, is seeking a Sales Client Relations Executive to manage client inquiries, follow up leads, and convert prospects into confirmed projects. You will respond promptly across WhatsApp, phone, email, website and social media; qualify clients, coordinate with the design team, and drive monthly sales and conversion targets.

Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred, UAE sales experience is an advantage.

Qualifications

Previous experience in Sales, Client Relations, or Business Development.
UAE sales experience is preferred.
Excellent communication and client-handling skills; English and Arabic are advantageous.

Responsibilities

Respond promptly and professionally to incoming leads via WhatsApp, phone, email, website, and social media.
Understand client requirements, project type, location, budget, and timeline.
Qualify potential clients and arrange meetings with the design team.
Follow up consistently with leads, meetings, proposals, and quotations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
Convert qualified leads into confirmed projects.
Generate new business opportunities and develop client relationships.
Maintain accurate and organized records of all leads and follow-ups.
Coordinate closely with the design and project teams throughout the sales process.
Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.
Provide regular updates and reports on leads, meetings, quotations, and closed projects.
