Terracotta Outsourcing in Abu Dhabi is seeking a detail-oriented HR Onboarding Specialist to streamline employee onboarding, documentation, and HR administration.

You will coordinate visa processes, maintain HRIS records, support payroll inputs, and ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law while providing responsive HR support to staff.

Ideal candidates have 1 year of onboarding experience and strong Excel skills, with UAE work experience preferred.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in HR Onboarding, HR Operations, HR Administration, or HR Support.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Manage joining formalities, document collection and induction.
• Prepare and maintain employee files, contracts, offer letters and HR docs.
• Coordinate UAE visa applications, Emirates ID, and medical procedures with PRO team.
• Maintain HRIS/ERP records and onboarding trackers.
• Monitor attendance, timesheets, leave, and document expiry dates.
• Coordinate with Finance and Payroll for monthly payroll inputs.
• Follow up on pending documents and onboarding requirements.
• Prepare employment certificates and HR letters.
• Ensure documentation and compliance with UAE Labour Law.
• Respond to employee queries and provide HR administrative support.
