Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in HR operations, preferably within the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law.
• Proficiency in HR systems and MS Office applications.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• High attention to detail and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate operational activities related to policy implementation, recruitment, and talent management
• Manage HR processes including onboarding, transfers, employee records, and immigration
• Maintain and update HR databases and employee files in compliance with UAE labor laws
• Facilitate new employee orientation and training on company policies
• Support the resolution of day-to-day employee relations issues
• Adhere to EHS policies and assist in preparing risk assessments
