Confidential in Dubai seeks an HR Generalist with solid UAE labour law knowledge to run day-to-day HR operations, from contracts and onboarding to employee relations and offboarding. You will report to the HR Director and be the go-to for employees on HR questions.

You will own visa coordination, PRO processes, and policy maintenance, ensuring audit-ready records and alignment with UAE standards. This is a long-term regional opportunity with a broad scope.

Qualifications

• Hands-on ownership of day-to-day HR operations in the UAE.
• Solid working knowledge of UAE labour law and contracts.
• Experience with onboarding, attendance, leave, and offboarding.
• Strong communication across cultures and with managers.
• Ability to work independently and maintain audit-ready records.

Responsabilités

• Own HR operations end to end: offers, contracts, onboarding, probation, leave and attendance.
• Coordinate visa, Emirates ID, medical and labor card with PRO team; track renewals.
• Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters per law.
• Process terminations, end-of-service, and final settlements.
• Support hiring and continuously improve HR processes as the org grows.
