Job summary

Manpower Middle East is seeking a proactive Human Resources Officer to manage day-to-day HR operations, support full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies.

The role covers HR administration, employee relations, and payroll support, requiring 2–3 years of GCC/UAE HR experience and a bachelor’s degree in HR or business administration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in HR, Business Admin or related field.
• 2-3 years of hands-on HR experience in GCC/UAE.
• Solid knowledge of UAE Labour Law and compliance requirements.
• Proficiency with HRIS systems and MS Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee records.
• Support full-cycle recruitment and onboarding for new hires.
• Serve as point of contact for employee inquiries on policies and benefits.
• Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and internal standards.
• Assist with payroll attendance tracking and documentation.
