Job summary

Confidential in Dubai seeks an HR Generalist with solid UAE labour law knowledge to run day-to-day HR operations, from contracts and onboarding to employee relations and offboarding. You will report to the HR Director and be the go-to for employees on HR questions.

You will own visa coordination, PRO processes, and policy maintenance, ensuring audit-ready records and alignment with UAE standards. This is a long-term regional opportunity with a broad scope.

Qualifications

Who we're looking for

An HR Generalist with solid working knowledge of UAE labor law who is ready to do the work hands‑on. Reporting to the HR Director, you will run day‑to‑day HR operations yourself, from contracts and onboarding to employee relations and offboarding, and be the person employees come to with their questions.

What the role involves

• Own HR operations end to end: offer letters, employment contracts, onboarding, probation, leave and attendance, employee records
• Coordinate visa, Emirates ID, medical and labor card formalities with the PRO team; track expiries and renewals
• Act as the first point of contact for employees on HR questions, grievances and disciplinary matters, in line with UAE labor law
• Run terminations and resignations correctly: notice, exit documentation, end‑of‑service calculation, final settlement, visa cancellation
• Drive engagement and retention: regular employee feedback, exit interviews, recognition initiatives; track turnover and act on the findings
• Support line managers on team issues and performance conversations
• Keep HR policies and documents current with legislation and maintain audit‑ready records
• Support hiring when vacancies arise and improve HR processes as the organization grows

What we expect
