Job summary

Dynamic Employment Services L.L.C in Dubai seeks an experienced HR Generalist to manage employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, performance management and HR reporting. You will ensure policy compliance and maintain audit-ready records while supporting learning and development initiatives.

The role covers HR administration, payroll liaison, and cross-functional collaboration across multi-site operations, with UAE labour law awareness and proficiency in HRIS and Excel.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4–7 years of HR generalist experience in a corporate/multi-site environment.
• Exposure to UAE labour law and HR compliance preferred.
• Experience in employee relations, HR operations, recruitment, onboarding, and reporting.
• Proficiency with HRIS platforms and Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for employee HR queries and resolve promptly.
• Handle employee relations matters including grievances, investigations, and documentation.
• Manage complete employee lifecycle: onboarding, probation, transfers, exits, and records.
• Ensure HR files, contracts and documentation are accurate, confidential and audit-ready.
• Support manpower planning, recruitment coordination, onboarding and joining formalities.
• Coordinate performance appraisal processes and maintain records and dashboards.
• Support HR policy development, implementation and organisational development initiatives.
• Coordinate internship programmes and ensure timely documentation.
