Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• 3-7 years of HR experience, UAE preferred.
• Knowledge of UAE Labor Law and visa procedures.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP.
• Experience with HRMS systems preferred.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate visa processing, renewals, cancellations, and employee documentation.
• Maintain employee records and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Handle employee onboarding, induction, and orientation programs.
• Monitor attendance, leave management, and timekeeping records.
• Assist in payroll preparation and verification of employee data.
• Support performance appraisal and employee development initiatives.
• Address employee queries and maintain positive employee relations.
• Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company HR policies.
• Prepare HR reports, recruitment trackers, and workforce analytics.
• Coordinate training programs and maintain training records.
• Liaise with government authorities, PROs, and external service providers.
• Assist in disciplinary procedures, grievance handling, and dispute resolution.
• Support HR audits and ensure compliance with organizational standards.
