Job summary

Justlife in Dubai, UAE is seeking an HR Generalist to support the full employee lifecycle across our offices and remote team. You will handle office operations, engagement initiatives, recruitment coordination, visas and compliance, and benefits administration while maintaining accurate people data and driving a great colleague experience.

You should bring 2–4 years in HR operations, hands-on HRIS experience (BambooHR or similar), and knowledge of UAE labour law.

Qualifications

2–4 years across HR operations, office management, or people ops.
Hands-on with an HRIS like BambooHR (or similar).
Working knowledge of UAE labour law and DMCC processes.
Bachelor's degree, or practical experience that makes one unnecessary.
Calm, organized and warm in a fast-moving, multi-national environment.

Responsibilities

Drive team-member experience by making every touchpoint fast, warm, and reliable.
Oversee office operations across offices; liaise with building management and stakeholders.
Design engagement moments and connect with a multinational and remote workforce.
Coordinate interviews between hiring stakeholders and candidates and maintain warm communication.
Guide visa processing and ensure compliance with UAE DMCC rules.
Manage health insurance and wider benefits programmes.
Own the integrity of people data and turn it into clear insights for leadership.
Explore automation and AI to reduce manual workload across HR processes.
