Job summary

Client of Blue Hat HR Services LLC in Dubai seeks a proactive HR Generalist to own core HR functions in a close-knit team, supporting onboarding, documentation, and records management.

You will ensure UAE labor compliance, coordinate with management on HR issues, assist in payroll coordination, and liaise with external vendors to maintain smooth administrative operations in a real estate brokerage environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of UAE HR experience.
• Proficient in English (spoken and written).
• Basic knowledge of accounting and payroll support.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, documentation, and records management.
• Support recruitment activities such as screening CVs and interview coordination.
• Maintain employee files and attendance records, manage leaves.
• Assist in payroll coordination and related accounting support.
