Job summary

Tanqeeb is hiring an HR Generalist in Dubai to support daily HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and policy implementation. You will maintain confidential records and assist with compensation, benefits, and HR analytics.

The role requires 3-5 years of HR Generalist experience, a solid understanding of UAE Labour Law, and strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with managers and staff across levels in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
• 3–5 years of HR Generalist experience in a dynamic corporate environment.
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR best practices.
• Experience across recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management and HR administration.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and induction.
• Serve as a trusted point of contact for employees on HR-related matters.
• Support employee engagement, retention, and wellbeing initiatives.
• Administer HR policies, procedures, and ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company guidelines.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation accurately and confidentially.
• Coordinate performance management processes, probation reviews, and employee development programs.
• Support learning and development initiatives and training coordination.
• Assist with compensation and benefits administration.
• Prepare HR reports, workforce analytics, and HR metrics.
• Handle employee relations matters professionally and effectively.
• Collaborate with managers to support workforce planning and organizational objectives.
