Job summary

Bilfinger UAE is seeking an experienced UAE Business Development Manager to lead market expansion for the Asset Performance unit. You will own strategic customer relationships, identify new business opportunities, and drive profitable growth across the UAE market.

The role requires a strong network in the UAE energy and industrial sectors, a proven record of winning major service contracts, and the ability to translate market opportunities into sustainable revenue growth.

Qualifications

Strong commercial and financial acumen.
Excellent negotiation and influencing skills.
Strategic account management capability.
Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute the UAE sales and business development strategy.
Drive profitable growth through new customer acquisition and expansion of existing accounts.
Build and maintain a healthy pipeline aligned with business objectives.
Identify emerging market opportunities, industry trends, and customer investment plans.
Lead cross-functional teams to deliver competitive and profitable proposals.
