Job summary

Meinhardt MENA in the UAE seeks an experienced Senior Business Development Manager to drive growth across the UAE and GCC. You will identify opportunities, build key client relationships, and support the conversion of strategic opportunities across buildings, infrastructure, data centers, and other sectors.

You will collaborate with senior management, technical teams, and proposal groups to shape market strategies, maintain a strong opportunity pipeline, and position Meinhardt for major projects

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline.
• Minimum 10–15 years of professional experience in BD, client management, or commercial roles in engineering/architecture/construction/real estate.
• Strong experience within the UAE and GCC market.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement BD strategies aligned with regional growth.
• Identify new opportunities and target clients across UAE and GCC.
• Build and maintain relationships with developers, government entities, investors, and contractors.
• Manage key client accounts and generate repeat business and new opportunities.
• Maintain an active pipeline and progress opportunities through BD cycle.
• Lead client engagement activities and capability presentations.
• Collaborate with technical leaders on sector strategies and pursuit plans.
• Support bid decisions with market intelligence.
