Fastec Industries LLC in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a seasoned Sales Engineer to drive new business and nurture existing accounts in Oil and Gas, Power, Water, Industrial, Construction and Marine sectors. You will translate customer needs into product development and lead the sales team toward ambitious targets.

The role requires a BA/BS, proven sales record, and ability to travel. Strong communication, presentation skills, and market insight are essential to build lasting partnerships

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a sales representative or sales manager.
• Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
• Strong business sense and market knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Handle all technical aspects of RFP actions.
• Properly connect client requirements to the Manufacturing team for product development.
• Achieve growth and hit sales targets by effectively managing the sales team.
• Design and execute a strategic business plan to expand the client base and ensure its strong presence.
• Construct and promote strong, lasting customer partnerships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
• Identify emerging markets and market changes while staying fully aware of new products and competition status.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
• Outstanding presentation and creativity skills.
• Readiness to travel.
