Job summary

Bilfinger is seeking a Sales Manager — Industrial Services in Abu Dhabi to drive growth across upstream, midstream and downstream sectors. You will lead complex opportunities, manage key accounts, and guide bid processes from identification to contract award.

The role demands a track record in oil & gas sales, strong client diplomacy, and a deep understanding of UAE market dynamics to deliver revenue targets and long-term partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Chemical/Petroleum Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• MBA or postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
• 10–15 years of total experience with at least 7 years in oil & gas sales.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual sales strategies to achieve revenue targets across oil & gas sectors (midstream, downstream).
• Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities with NOCs, IOCs, and EPC contractors.
• Lead bid/tender processes from opportunity identification through contract award, including techno-commercial proposals.
• Manage full sales pipeline using CRM tools and provide accurate forecasting to senior management.
