Job summary

APERTS DIGITAL is seeking a senior business development leader to drive client acquisition and strategic growth in the UAE. You will manage major enterprise and government relationships, crafting targeted strategies and leading multi-stage sales cycles from first contact to closure.

The ideal candidate has 7–10 years of UAE-focused experience, a BA/related degree, and MBA preferred, with deep understanding of the local business environment and key industry players.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• MBA preferred.
• 7–10 years of proven business development or senior sales experience focusing on UAE.
• Strong track record of acquiring and managing large enterprise or government accounts in UAE.
