Qualifications

• 8+ years in BD, partnerships, or leadership roles.
• Proven UAE market experience, especially Dubai/GCC.
• Strong network with senior decision-makers.
• Experience in consulting, creative/digital or tech environments.

Responsibilities

• Drive UAE and GCC growth by building a scalable business development approach.
• Identify opportunities, develop partnerships, and manage a robust pipeline.
• Lead Dubai presence, establish local operations and partner ecosystems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate opportunities into proposals.
• Maintain CRM-driven forecasting and stakeholder communications.
