Job summary

eyouth seeks a dynamic UAE Country Leader to own and drive market strategy, growth and partnerships across education, youth, employability and workforce ecosystems. You will shape the UAE business plan in line with eyouth's global strategy and lead senior stakeholder engagement.

From government entities to universities and corporates, you will build trusted relationships, oversee revenue growth, and ensure cross-functional delivery through regional teams.

Qualifications

• UAE National / Emirati status required.
• Strong professional network across government, corporates, universities, or strategic organizations.
• Proven ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Strong entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate independently and take ownership.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead eyouth's UAE market strategy and growth agenda.
• Develop and execute the UAE country business plan in alignment with eyouth's overall strategy.
• Identify new market opportunities and emerging sectors relevant to eyouth's solutions.
• Establish eyouth as a trusted partner within the UAE education, youth, employability, and workforce development ecosystem.
• Represent eyouth as a senior leader across the UAE market.
• Lead business development activities and drive revenue growth across the UAE.
• Build, manage, and convert a strong pipeline of strategic opportunities.
• Identify and pursue opportunities with government entities, corporates, universities, and other organizations.
• Develop and negotiate strategic partnerships, commercial agreements, and key accounts.
• Convert relationships and market intelligence into tangible business opportunities.
• Own key client and partner relationships from initial engagement through to successful delivery.
• Build and lead the UAE team as the market grows.
• Establish a high-performance culture focused on ownership, growth, and client impact.
