You will serve as the main liaison, ensuring service excellence while maintaining regulatory compliance and brand standards. You will develop market strategies, collaborate with marketing and events, and may travel for key industry engagements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Sales, Partnerships, and/or Business Development within a financial services company working for UAE country.
• Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure, fast-paced, global, and multilingual environment.
• Proven experience in achieving results in international markets.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to engage confidently at all organizational levels and with diverse client profiles.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and a holistic vision for business development.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and dependability.
• Excellent team player with the ability to collaborate across functions and build consensus.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify, attract, and onboard new partners while retaining, nurturing, and expanding relationships with existing ones.
• Build and manage a portfolio of mid- to high-level company partners.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for partners—addressing their needs, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring they receive full support in achieving their business objectives.
• Ensure full compliance with business, regulatory, and brand guidelines.
• Develop and implement market development strategies, including collaborative initiatives with internal teams such as marketing, loyalty campaigns, and events.
• Represent the company at industry events, including expos, conventions, training sessions, and seminars; this may involve occasional short-term travel.
• Support both new and existing partners in increasing their trading volume in USD.
• Consistently meet and exceed KPIs set by management, with a strong focus on driving business growth and surpassing targets.
