Justmarkets is seeking a dynamic Partnerships/Business Development professional to proactively attract and onboard partners while expanding existing relationships in the UAE. The role requires building a portfolio of mid- to high-level partners and serving as the main contact to address their needs and ensure regulatory and brand compliance.

You will collaborate with marketing, loyalty and events teams to develop market strategies, represent the company at industry events, and support partners

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Sales, Partnerships, and/or Business Development within a financial services company operating in UAE.
• Proven ability to perform in a high-pressure, fast-paced, global, multilingual environment.
• Experience delivering results in international markets and engaging diverse client profiles.
• Demonstrated leadership and a holistic view of business development.
• High integrity, professionalism, and dependability.
• Excellent teamwork and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify, attract, and onboard new partners while expanding relationships with existing ones.
• Build and manage a portfolio of mid- to high-level company partners.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for partners—addressing needs and ensuring support to achieve objectives.
• Ensure full compliance with business, regulatory, and brand guidelines.
• Develop and implement market development strategies in collaboration with marketing, loyalty, and events teams.
• Represent Justmarkets at industry events and potentially travel for short periods.
• Support partners in increasing trading volume in USD and consistently meet KPIs.
• Drive business growth and surpass targets across markets.
