Job summary

Carrier is seeking a Senior Business Development Associate in Dubai to grow the UAE market and deepen relationships with key accounts. You will identify opportunities, tailor solutions, and collaborate with sales, engineering, and operations to win bids and drive growth.

The role requires 3–5 years in business development or related sales, strong English and Arabic communication, and a UAE driving license. Onsite in Dubai with cross-functional teamwork and customer-focused strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Mechanical Engineering background preferred.
• MBA or business qualification is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and strengthen relationships with key accounts across the UAE.
• Identify new business opportunities and growth opportunities.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions.
• Prepare sales presentations, proposals, bids, and contracts.
• Maintain accurate CRM data and report KPIs and pipeline status.
