Qualifications

8+ years in enterprise sales / hunting roles, ideally in IT services or consulting.
Proven success in new business acquisition in the UAE market.
Strong network with enterprise clients in UAE.
Experience selling digital transformation, cloud, data, AI, or managed services.
Demonstrated ability to close large deals (multi-million USD preferred).
Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Drive end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure for new UAE accounts.
Identify and develop new logo acquisition strategies across target industries.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline aligned with revenue targets.
Engage with CXO-level stakeholders to understand business challenges and position solutions.
Collaborate with pre-sales, delivery, and solution teams to craft winning proposals.
Lead RFP/RFI responses, commercial negotiations, and contract closures.
Leverage local market knowledge to identify growth opportunities.
Maintain understanding of competition and market trends.
