Client of Xperts4 is seeking a Sales Manager to own the UAE market, drive growth, deepen relationships with existing accounts, and win new enterprise and public-sector clients. You will work with leadership with direct influence on market strategy and no hierarchy between you and decision-makers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of B2B sales experience, including 5+ years in UAE or GCC.

Responsibilities

• Own the UAE revenue targets and sales plan and drive their execution.
• Grow the existing client portfolio through account planning and renewals.
• Identify and win new enterprise and public-sector accounts across priority sectors.
• Qualify opportunities and engage C-level stakeholders on business challenges.
• Lead consultative sales cycles from first contact to contract signature.
